The breakfast is clearly arranged, but definitely rich - but in Arabic-Indian style: eggs, cheese, vegetables, humus, toast, bakery products, yoghurt, fruit, ful (who likes it)..
Staff was friendly and everything was clean
You can't really talk about satellite TV if there are only the local English speaking stations (about 4 pcs. but normal there). The refrigerator was loud and you could hear exactly when someone was running outside in the hall.
Good location, not too far from the airport,
Hardly any good restaurant near the hotel.
After the long flight - the perfect accommodation for a short night!
The smell in the rooms needs getting used to at first, otherwise everything is fine. The breakfast was just before 10 ok.
The Rate was very low. Breakfast included in the room charge. Nice pool on the roof. Internet was for free.
During 10 days I use the breakfast only two times. It is definately not a breakfast I expected for a 4* Hotel. The flooring in the room was very slippery. The first three days are without any known international TV- programs, I have to ask the reception 4 times to add some programs.
Well, there was nothing special but their beds are extremely comfortable.
The service is slow when one requests something
Platinum was way beyond my expectations. Spacious and well made rooms. will definitely like to stay there the next time.
I guess location wasnt too bad.
paid for a delux room based on the photos and reviews from Booked.net however i believe the definition of delux needs to be posted as well as i didnt think it was more than a standard room.
The best thing i liked during my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable.
Polite and hospital hotel staff, well equiped room and bathroom, nice restourant and pool on the roof
The staff were polite, cooperative and pleasant.
The reprated failure of the electric supply. A better ventiation will improve the general atmosphere.
The power went off for 3 hours during my stay, and the hotel did not have their own power generator to make up for the power loss. However, the hotel management agreed not to charge me at all for my stay, so my accommodation was for free :D
Room Service does not provide what is in the menue available in the room during early morning hours when they are serving breakfast in the restaurant. You are limited to what they have there in the restaurant.
Family feel about the hotel. There was no electricity when we arrived and couldn't access the room. We were offered complimentary lunch. reception was welcoming and general staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. although we didn't use the roof-top pool, the area was very clean and provided views across the city.
Breakfast was adequate but limited in variety and quantity.
The pool was a good one. The interior of the hotel is excellent. The room designed nicely which gives a pleasant feeling to the guests. There are shortfalls, which is mainly due to their present status as not yet opened officially. Need to provide good tourists support.
The restaurent was the bad experience during my stay. The food was highly priced, the self service system was not at all working as the back-up was not in time. Always we had to wait for the items, even for plates and cups.
The location only !
I can not label it as a hotel but only as a local furnished local rooms; things I didn't like: 1) noisy ;2) door do not close properly; 3) very bad quality furniture; 4) Poor breakfast (only tiny food selection not well cooked) ; 5) Staff very untrained with no or little English. 6) Absolutely no value for money.
